SMILE: WHAT ARE THE HEALTH BENEFITS OF SMILING?
It is often said that the heart of man is the state of a man. So, it has also been said by different writers that health is wealth. I just want to unleash a surprising secret of the positive effect of smiling on human health as stated in an article on Gateway Mirror by FAKEYE KEMI. Read through the article bellow and use the comment box bellow to send your contribution.

A smile is a facial expression formed by flexing the muscles near both ends of the mouth. Smiles cost nothing but give you much. It enriches those who receive without making poorer those who give.
But the memory of it sometimes last forever. None is so rich or mighty that he cannot get along without it and none is poor that he cannot be made rich by it.

Yet, a smile cannot be bought, begged, borrowed or stolen, for it is something that is of no value to anyone until it is given away. When people are too tired to give you a smile give them one of yours, as none need a smile, so much as he who has no more to give. The shortest distance between two people is a smile. Everyday you spend without a smile is a lost day. Smile confuses an approach of smile is a curve that sets everything straight.

A smile is an inexpensive way to change your look. It also lights the windows of your face by telling people you are at home. It takes a lot of work from the face to let out a smile but just think what good smiling can bring to the most important muscle of the body or the heart. If you don’t have a smile, I’II give you one of mine, wear a smile and have friends wear a scowl and have wrinkles. Frown and you frown alone but smile and the whole world smile with you. Smile let other people know that you’re prepared to be open to them, and you’re willingly agreeing to set things right where needed. Smiles create trust and rapport. A smile is a great way of establishing mutual feelings of being on the same level as others, whether that is on to one or in front of group giving a presentation to them smile a lot and you will draw people to you. Stress can really show up in our face smiling to prevent us from looking tired, worn done and overwhelmed. When you are stressed, take time to put on a smile, the stress should be reduced and you’ll be better able to take action. When you smile there is a measurable reduction in your blood pressure. Give it a try if you have a blood pressure monitor at home. Sit for a minute, take a reading. Then smile for a minute and take another reading while still smiling. Do you notice any difference? Smile always! It is therapeutic.
