Guinea: Authoritarian Rule Pave Way For Democracy in Guinea (Africa)

It was a celebration galore in Guinea on the 20th of December,2010. When the first democratically elected president was sworn in as declared by Guinea supreme court . It gives the citizens an hope of a brighter future.
But my own question is that;
Conde sworn in as first democratically elected presidentWill Conde (The newly elected president) be able to prove the power of a democratic system in a country that was built on authoritarian rule?
