PRESS RELEASE, 14/09/10 OGUN HEAD OF SERVICE LAUD DANIEL LEADERSHIP STYLE

             

            The Ogun State Head of Service, Prince Iyabo Odulate has described the dynamic leadership style of the present administration of Otunba Gbenga Daniel as efforts geared toward repositioning the State workforce for higher performance and to sustain the state as an investment destination of choice.

               Princess Odulate disclosed this during a courtesy visit to the office of the Hon. Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Aare Tunde Alabi with other Principal Officers in the Ministry at the Obas Complex, that the present Administration had done a lot to improve the wellbeing of the Monarchs in the State.

               While inspecting the on going construction of 250 capacity Conference Hall for Obas and others Royal suits in the complex, Odulate expressed appreciation and was grateful for the initiative of such edifice saying that the Agenda for Secure future of the State was genuine.

                  The Head of Service revealed that, all hands were on the deck to continually enhance and motivate the wellbeing of the State workforce with better incentives Saying that part of these plans was the unfolding rejuvenation of the Staff Development Centre (SDC) to meet the standard and service the purpose it was established.

                 Responding, the commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Aare Tunde Alabi said the emergence of Princess Odulate as Head of Service in the State, had brought improved working condition and dynamic service delivery in no small measure in the State.

                  Aare Alabi further pointed out that , part of effort to motivate the Staff of the Ministry, and enhance their wellbeing prompted every Last Friday Prayer session of the Month and award to the best Staff of the Month in the Ministry, explaining that the step was taken to corroborate the good service delivery and the wellbeing of the entire workforce in the state.  Do you have anything to say please make use of the comment box bellow.
